This just in: Jack C. is our Student of the Month for GED!
Program Instructor Julie Menard shares that she is delighted to nominate Jack for many reasons, including his calm demeanor, humility, and strong commitment to personal growth.
Jack describes himself as “just a regular person, who simply tries to fit in.” In reality, his steadfast effort, positive attitude, and love of learning make him stand out in the classroom!
Jack has overcome some significant personal challenges that have gotten him to where he is today. He is proud of earning a steady job, where he values being part of a team. Academically, he has made progress test gains in both Math and Reading. In addition, he passed his GED reading Language Arts exam, and will soon take the Social Studies exam.
Jack is determined to graduate this year and plans to attend college afterward. He is especially interested in pursuing a career in a technology field.
