All the feels for Felisha C. – our Student of the Month for GED!
Public school was a negative experience for Felisha. Nevertheless, she remained determined, sought the support she needed, and ultimately found her way to Restore, where she began to regain her confidence and drive. Now she reminds herself “Yes, I can!” when working towards her future goals.
Felisha is driven to build a better life and achieve the things she once thought were impossible. Her dream is to work with animals, and she is considering attending college to pursue a career as a marine biologist – a field she is deeply passionate about.
Currently, Felisha has passed three of her GED exams and is working on her Math portion. According to Program Instructor Julie Menard, Felisha is kind, respectful, and a joy to work with. She is dedicated to her studies, always striving to improve and deepen her understanding of the course material.
