Richard has been nominated by program instructor, Jose Villarreal, for embodying the qualities of a true leader and learner. His positive attitude and supportive demeanor make him a natural role model for others, while his curiosity for his studies is simply contagious!
Even after a long day at work, Richard always manages to arrive promptly to class each night with great energy and enthusiasm. He is determined to achieve his goal of obtaining his GED certificate, in hopes of earning a promotion at his current job.
