Princess enrolled in our #PharmTech program seeking a new career pathway to better support her family, despite having no prior experience in healthcare.
At the start of the program, Princess faced significant challenges, including assimilating into a classroom where many peers were from a younger generation. Because of her strong commitment to growth, and with her grandchildren top-of-mind, Princess both successfully completed her externship and passed her Pharmacy Technician credential exam!
Today, Princess is set to begin a new full-time role with Walgreens, exemplifying perseverance, resilience and empowerment!
Princess credits the support she received from Restore that helped give her the confidence to pursue a career that otherwise felt unattainable. She has finally stepped out of her comfort zone and achieved all she could imagine.
